5 ways to get your home spring ready

5 ways to get your home spring ready!

Spring is here and we’re ready for porch swinging, coffee sippin’, and gardening mornings! With Christmas decorations down your house may feel a little empty. This time of year is the perfect time to refresh your home decor and get it ready for all the fun festivities that spring brings. From gardening, Easter, Mother’s Day, and everything in between we’re sharing our 5 favorite ways to get spring decor ready.

Bring on the bunny decor
There’s nothing better than precious bunnies laying throughout your house. We love these Little Darling Sweet Bunny statues to sit on your coffee table, mantel, or kitchen table! We can’t forget the exterior. The Rustic Cement Bunny Planter is a great addition to your flower bed and gardens. Plus, who says bunny decor is just for spring, we love it year round!

Flower power
Nothing says spring like flowers and we love an easy and simple way to bring in spring decor. The real touch tulips have been a customer fav! Available in many colors, you can create a lovely floral arrangement in a vase tucked under a mirror or placed on a shelf! No one will know these realistic faux flowers aren’t real.

Lighting is key
Lighting is a statement piece that can transform your entire room. Try updating some of your lighting throughout your kitchen, dining, and living room to create a refreshed look. We love chandeliers for large dining or living room spaces and pendant lighting installed over a kitchen island or bar. Don’t forget about your lamps too! They bring in a cozy element to any space but particularly the living room and bedrooms. Some of our favorite farmhouse lamps include this Distressed Farmhouse Lamp that compliments any color palettes!

Spring Tablescaping
One of our favorite ways to decorate for spring is with a good tablescape! We adore this spring tablescape from our friend Stephanie from @returninggrace on Instagram. She mixed the Le Lapin French Bunny Dinner napkins and the Black and White Vintage Wildflowers Dinner Napkins in her place setting. You can also try adding pops of gold for a brighter contrast. We love using candlesticks or candle holders like the Contemporary Gold Finished 7 Candelabra. Of course, an oversized vase with fresh or faux flowers always says spring!

Porch swinging
Our most favorite activity for spring mornings is porch swinging with a fresh cup of coffee in our hand. We’re excited to refresh our porches with new planters, lanterns, and swings (most definitely swings)! Nothing shouts farmhouse charm like a porch swing. The Handcrafted Pine Porch Swing is well-designed with four thick manilla ropes for hanging and wood-slat style. Hang this lovely country cushioned porch swing where it will overlook your garden or swimming pool and grab your cup of coffee to enjoy a nice breezy spring morning.
