Shipping Information:

We offer free shipping on orders over $49.

Once an order is shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number. Orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped on the same day.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, and Military Addresses (APO/FPO)

All product-related issues, including missing or damaged items or packages, must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Cancellation Policy:

If your order hasn't shipped yet, you can request for it to be cancelled. Email us at yourbestfriends@antiquefarmhouse.com to start your cancellation process. No order is cancelled until you receive your cancellation confirmation email from our customer service team. Please allow 12-24 hours during weekdays.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Customers who wish to return their item are responsible for all shipping charges (original and return). Please check our Return/Exchange Policy for more details.

Return/Exchange Policy:

Items that are eligible for return must be processed within 7 days of delivery. Furniture pieces and items that are marked final sale, are not eligible for return. Customers who wish to return their item are responsible for all shipping charges (original and return).

To start a return you must email us at yourbestfriends@antiquefarmhouse.com to obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Orders that are returned without a valid RMA number will be discarded and NOT REFUNDED. Since we have multiple facilities, your RMA number is important as it corresponds with the correct return location.

To be eligible for a return the item must meet the following criteria:

  • not marked final sale
  • not be a furniture piece, or shipped via Freight (clearly marked on the product page)
  • must be new, unused and in its original package, including all shipping materials
  • item must arrive intact to our facility
  • you must include a note inside the return package with your RMA #, Order #, name, address, phone #, and email address

Upon arrival at our facility, the item will undergo a full inspection. If approved, a refund will be issued to the customer, less 23% restocking fee, and any shipping charges. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing.

Damage Policy:

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please send photos of the damage along with your order number, and the item name to our customer service email: yourbestfriends@antiquefarmhouse.com. We will do our best to provide a replacement. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing.
